We’re at that point now where we’re addressing the workout. Yes, we are actually going to have to move more. We’re going to have to participate in some form of exercise because we need to stimulate our body to change.

We need to change things. A lot of people think, “Oh, I want six pack abs, what do I need to do? I need to do a bunch of sit-ups. Let’s do 100 sit-ups a day. Let’s do more than that.” They spend way too much time training their abdominals thinking that if they just train their abdominals over and over again, they’re going to get fantastic abs.

The fact is we have to stimulate large groups of muscles in our body to make our body change. We need to do that to jack up/increase our metabolism so we burn more fat, and we need to recruit the large muscles. We need to do whole body workouts in order to burn the most fat.

We can’t spot reduce. We’ve already covered that. So what’s the best thing to do?
